The Analytics section helps you make data-driven decisions using clear, actionable charts and metrics. Track your payment performance, customer behavior, settlement patterns, and revenue trends in one central dashboard.
Analytics is accessible from the main navigation under Insights → Analytics.
Date Range Filter
You can filter analytics by date to view performance during specific periods. Use the date range selector at the top to define a custom period.
Key Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find quick-glance statistics:
- Total Payments: Number of payments received
 
- Transaction Volume: Total AED value of all transactions
 
- Average Order Value: The average AED value per transaction
 
These KPIs help benchmark your growth and sales performance over time.
Summary Insights
Below the main metrics, you’ll see a breakdown of total value generated and performance across various payment statuses:
- Total Value Collected
 
- Paid
 
- Failed
 
- Refunded
 
- Authorized
 
- Settled
 
These values give an overview of revenue status and highlight gaps in settlement or failures.

Reports
Under Insights → Reports, you can access downloadable reports for deeper analysis and accounting reconciliation:
Transaction History Report
Shows a detailed list of all payments, including timestamps, amounts, and status.
Settlement Summary Report
Summarizes total settlement volumes, allowing you to match payment data with payout records.
Settlement Reconciliation Report
Helps reconcile transactions across accounts for accurate, compliant financial reporting.

- Review payment status summary regularly to catch failed or pending transactions
 
- Export reports weekly or monthly to simplify accounting
